Zen brass gong 3", support cushion, striker, JGO30, 3" diameter. Used to open, and close meditation practice . The gong is a beneficial transition because it has a clear "voice" which penetrates throughout space sweeping a path for the mind. We always use them in our meditation life, and find a gong indispensable as a means of focusing ourselves. You could also use it to open and close any creative, enriching or uplifting activity, i.e., writing, singing, composing and so forth. Gong dimensions are rounded to the nearest 1/4", and not exact.
