Four Gates

The use of gongs and bells have been used to clear the mind from clouds of thought for thousands of years. Bells are still used to awaken us spiritually, as a call to prayer, and to assist us in becoming present to our better selves. Children love the sound of gongs and the Tingsha bells. What a pure joy it creates for them! Bell and Dorje: The Bell is held in the left hand, and is an expression the qualities of Wisdom and Loving-Kindness.
