Before placing a phone order please note the following and be prepared to help us by providing the following information:

• Our minimum phone order is $40.00, not including shipping, handling and/or AZ State tax(which only applies to AZ residents).
• Provide the correct sku number(s) or product part number(s) to ensure the correct item will be shipped.
• Be sure to provide the customer care team representative with the full product name.
• Provide the price shown on the website.
• Read over the Customer Ordering page.
• Review the Frequently Asked Questions page.
• Be sure to review the Shipping Policies so that you know how long it takes for your order to arrive.
• And finally, familiarize yourself with our Return Policies and Terms.

We do accept purchase orders from most public and private institutions, i.e., universities, colleges, government agencies, corporate entities and schools. You can submit purchase orders via PDF and mail. Call us for pricing and shipping costs because all pricing shown is cash and carry. Some prices may be slightly higher for purchase orders.

If you product is selected for inclusion in our e-catalog a follow up call will be made to your offices.
