Our Customer Service phone number can be used after orders have been placed or for all domestic US and international customers. Order inquiries should be made via e-mail in order to allow us time to research your inquiry. If you are unable to contact us via e-mail, then contact us at: 1 (480) 905-7113. It may take up to 24 hours to research the inquiry.

Before placing a phone order please be prepared to help us by providing the following information: Be sure you have the correct sku number, part number and product name. By doing so you insure the correct item will be sent. Be sure to note the listed price.

We do accept purchase orders from most institutions. Contact customer service at (480) 905-7113 for details. We need to calculate the shipping and handling costs before you place the order.

If you have a new product for us to review send Attn.: New Product Review Dept. If you have a product you would like us to review, please submit it to address shown below with literature, pricing and other pertinent information. We do not evaluation products via the telephone. If you product is selected for inclusion in our e-catalog a follow up call will be made to your offices.
